This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.ionfirm.com (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
The Platform is owned by Ionfirm Corporation, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
By using the Platform and its services and tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”), including applicable policies incorporated by reference. If you transact or use services on the Platform, you shall be subject to these policies. By merely using the Platform, you contract with Ionfirm Corporation, and these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations with Ionfirm.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “You” or “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that uses the Platform, whether for browsing or transacting. “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Ionfirm” refers to Ionfirm Corporation.

Eligibility
Transactions on the Platform are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons deemed “incompetent to contract,” such as minors and insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform.
If you are a minor (under 18 years), you may use the Platform or access its content only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you wish to make transactions, they must be conducted by your legal guardian or parents. Ionfirm reserves the right to terminate your membership and block access if it discovers that you are under 18 years of age and transacting without proper supervision.
Your Account and Registration Obligations
If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information while registering.
If Ionfirm has reason to believe that any information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, it may suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Platform.
Platform Usage Guidelines
By using the Platform, you agree to:
- Use the services only for lawful purposes.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm or damage the Platform or its content.
- Not upload or transmit any harmful content, such as viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the Platform.
Ionfirm reserves the right to terminate your access if you misuse the Platform or violate these Terms of Use.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Platform for services and products are accurate at the time of publication. Ionfirm reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payments made on the Platform are subject to payment gateway terms and conditions, and you agree to follow all security procedures while transacting.
Content and Intellectual Property
The content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by Ionfirm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content unless expressly permitted by Ionfirm.
Restrictions on Use

Termination

Others
Limitation of Liability
Ionfirm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or its services. The Platform and its content are provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
