Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using the Ionfirm Platform.

Note: By expressly or impliedly accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to be bound by the policies of Ionfirm, including its Privacy Policy as amended from time to time.

1. Electronic Record & Publishing

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its applicable provisions regarding electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the publishing of the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.ionfirm.com (“Website”), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).

The Platform is owned by AASHISH RANJAN MISHRA, a sole proprietorship operating under the brand name Ionfirm Corporation.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “You” or “User” refers to any individual or legal entity that uses the Platform, whether for browsing or transacting. “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Ionfirm” refers to Ionfirm Corporation.

2. Eligibility to Use

Transactions on the Platform are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons deemed “incompetent to contract,” such as minors and insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform.

If you are a minor (under 18 years), you may use the Platform or access its content only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you wish to make transactions, they must be conducted by your legal guardian or parents. Ionfirm reserves the right to terminate your membership and block access if it discovers that you are under 18 years of age and transacting without proper supervision.

3. Account Obligations

If you create an account on the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information while registering. If Ionfirm has reason to believe that any information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, it may suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Platform.

4. Product Licensing (Source Code)

When you purchase source code from Ionfirm, you are purchasing a License to Use, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Standard License

Use for a single project (personal or commercial). You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the source code itself.

Extended License

Required for SaaS applications where end-users are charged. You still cannot resell the source code as a competing product.

5. Usage Guidelines & Restrictions

Use the services only for lawful purposes.
Do not upload or transmit any harmful content, such as viruses, malware, or malicious code.
Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform itself without permission.
Do not use the Site in any way that may disrupt its functionality or infringe upon intellectual property rights.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the Platform.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Platform for services and products are accurate at the time of publication. Ionfirm reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed. Payments made on the Platform are subject to payment gateway terms and conditions, and you agree to follow all security procedures while transacting.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital assets (Source Code), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds once the source code has been downloaded. For SaaS subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

The content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by Ionfirm or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content unless expressly permitted by Ionfirm.

9. Termination

Ionfirm may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if it finds a violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue using the Platform and destroy any content obtained from the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ionfirm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or its services. The Platform and its content are provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gaya,(India).
